  Mike and his team did an awesome job as always! I originally chose them because they are close to where I work, and I keep going back because they do great work, and they are just good people to work with.

  Omg, this place is so amazing, they are like going to your family's house and getting work done....Mr Mike is absolutely the best, he will never try to sell you anything you don't need, I only have been there once and I already feel like I'm part of the family...Damien and Kevin is awesome, I will never go anywhere else than here ever again...please ladys especially, don't feel intimidated because I promise they will not over charge you, nor try to sell you anything you don't need.... Honestly the best experience I've even had with a car shop in my life, and believe me I'm a truck driver, I've been through and seen a lot in my life, the only thing I asked to let Damien manage his own store or be an assistant to Mr Mike, he might seem like a hard ass, but Mr Mike is all about customer service, and that's an amazing coming from a vulnerable woman like myself....They literally saved my life...Thank you, Thank you, Tire choice...Keep up the good work...Please, cause I have recommended you guys to a lot of people for sure....amazing!!!

  Called in about a quote and they were trying to get me to book an appointment appointment when all I wanted was a quote and when I denied to book an appointment without getting a quote they hung up while talking

  On 2/20/26, my wife took her car to Tire Choice in Marysville for a simple oil change. Upon getting the keys back, the Low Oil Pressure light was on. She had the Manager, Michael sit in the car to see it. He told her to scheduled an appointment and come back. When she demanded them to fix the issue, he told her to leave the property or he was calling the police. Michael frightened her and traumatized our Autistic son. By the time she got home, there was no oil in the engine and you could hear the bearings. At 8pm the Manager, Michael and the "mechanic" showed up in our driveway, causing me to call the sheriff deputies to respond. The Ford dealership recommended a new engine. Tire Choice/Monro's insurance, Travelers insurance, refused and offered only a used engine from a totaled vehicle with No warranty, and will not refund the $135 oil change. It has been almost a month and we still haven't gotten anything resolved. DO NOT EVER USE TIRE CHOICE IN MARYSVILLE OHIO.

  Community Warning / Request for Information I want to share my experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Centers (Store #0212) in Marysville, Ohio, and ask if anyone else has had a similar situation. On February 20, 2026, I brought my car there for a routine oil change. The manager, Michael, drove the car into the service bay and completed the oil change. At that time there were no warning lights on my dashboard. When the vehicle was returned to me and I started it in their parking lot, a “Low Engine Oil Pressure” warning light immediately appeared. I asked the manager to sit in the vehicle and look at the dashboard, and he saw the warning light himself. Instead of inspecting the vehicle immediately, I was told to schedule another appointment for the following day. Because the issue appeared right after their service, I refused to leave until the problem was addressed. I was then told I needed to leave the property or the police would be called. Before leaving, I took a photo of the warning light on the dashboard. After driving home, the engine began making severe noise. When we inspected the vehicle, we discovered oil on the skid plates and the engine had already sustained major damage. Later that evening around 8:00 PM, the manager came to our private property attempting to explain that the oil filter might have been defective. Because of the situation, Union County Sheriff’s deputies were called and responded to our home. The engine in our vehicle is now destroyed. I obtained an estimate from **Marysville Ford confirming that the engine requires replacement. A claim has been filed with the business’s insurer, Travelers Insurance, and the matter is currently being disputed. Because of the significant financial loss, the issue is also being addressed legally. If anyone else has experienced engine damage, oil service issues, or similar problems after service at this location, I would appreciate hearing about your experience.
