  In and out very quickly. Staff were polite and friendly. They worked with my auto body shop’s schedule so I didn’t have to worry about getting the rental back by a specific day. 🎉👍⭐️

  In and out very quickly. Staff polite and friendly. I especially appreciated that they came and picked up my rental after I got my car back from the body shop so I didn’t have to worry about finding a friend who could pick me up and take me home. Thanks Enterprise!!!

  Enterprise in Marysville was absolutely excellent to me. Could not be happier with Zack and his team. They did everything possible to accommodate my needs and situation!

  Scheduled rental almost 2 weeks in advance. Received a call under 24 hours till pickup and was told by a very rude lady that they don't shuttle Saturdays. I asked if Monday was free and was told "yea well at this point we have nothing till Tuesday" why was i not called in advance but instead was told all of this last minute. I ended up picking up a vehicle that Saturday by having a friend drive over an hour to take me. I was not provided a car that was requested,I was provided a truck. The truck looked half fast cleaned, was already due for an oil change and was quickley determined to be to small for my family as the cab is smaller than a normal car. Ontop of that it costs WAY to much in gas as I drive 155 miles back and forth to Columbus for work. I have been trying almost the whole time ive had the truck to have it switched out with absolutely no luck. Rental drop off was changed from 20 days to 10 days, 2 days from now at a time ill be at work with no update from the rental company I only found out this morning that the return date was changed while attempting to see of the web portal would let me swap out the vehicle since I have yet to receive a call or text from the company.

  I had a reservation set and confirmed. I arrived and a vary rude women at the counter told me she tried to contact me and that they could not accommodate my needs. However the number she said she used was not the one they had in my account or that they had on there website. My weekend was ruined because this rude woman half ass'd her job. She wasn't apologetic or anything just rude. Ill never use enterprise again.
