Took my Dad’s truck in to get a 4 wheel alignment after I did some front end work along with some brake work. I never mentioned to the guy at the counter that my brakes were soft (I still needed to bleed them some more after changing the calipers and brake lines) come to find out on the way home that they bled and topped off my fluid. I recognized that the pedal was a lot stiffer pulling out of the driveway. And they never even told me they did it, or charged me for it. So it was a pleasant little surprised to see that they had done that.

This place is a nightmare. They drained the wrong fluid for a simple oil change. They can't find the correct fluid to put it back. They can't do free alignments on every car so don't be fulled by Free.... tires is all they are good for.

I’ve been screwed by them too many times to not leave a review. The most recent thing that has frustrated me is that I got a wheel mounted to my truck with 2 of the 8 lug nuts loose, one was missing when I noticed it and the other was nearly backed all the way off. Not to mention the fact I waited an hour for them to change my spare back to my regular tire and in that time they couldn’t even tighten all of my lug nuts. I took a separate tire in the other day and asked to be called when it was ready for pick up and it wasn’t until I called them at 5:50 that they realized they hadn’t called me. The place is an absolute joke. Terrible customer service and the one thing in their name they are supposed to be good at, they can’t do. Every time I take a tire or vehicle in, I wait hours for them to get the job done. Since they left my lug nuts loose however, that is the final straw and they will not be receiving any business from me or my family, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid Tire Discounters.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
