- JMJosh McKinleyNov 24, 20251.0If I could leave no stars I would…took my car in to get a tire replaced due to a nail…receipt said driver side rear…they replaced the passenger rear put air in the nailed tire….the employees and manager are extremely rude…absolutely ridiculous while here another customer had a similar issue and said “they suck here” I DO NOT recommend this tire shop Update…they argued with me about putting the old tire back on and I told them no. They didn’t even know if it was the tire that came Off it could have been a different vehicles tire…against my better judgement I told them just to put it on so I could leave. My gf got 5 minutes down the road(on the FREEWAY) and the tire they messed up and took off, went flat because they damaged it taking it off. So multiple times they put people in danger with their “mistakes”. Noah is rude. And Zack(the manager) is arrogant and DUMB….multiple times they made “mistakes” they didn’t test the bead or valve stem like they should. Had they done that they would have found the slice in the tire I told them to not even put on.,,,WILL NEVER go back to another tire discounters. Because the tires aren’t even discounted…but they’re staff sure is

I never mentioned to the guy at the counter that my brakes were soft (I still needed to bleed them some more after changing the calipers and brake lines) come to find out on the way home that they bled and topped off my fluid. I recognized that the pedal was a lot stiffer pulling out of the driveway. And they never even told me they did it, or charged me for it. So it was a pleasant little surprised to see that they had done that.
