The entire rental process was quick, easy, and organized, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and consistent, but Micah and his team truly set the bar high. Any convenience like navigation or radio was a significant upcharge. That was very disappointing since this rental was due to an insurance claim and unless I was willing to pay up to $30 per day for these items they were not provided.

He let me know that they had a Camry hybrid and that I was welcome to come in and swap vehicles. Great service but -1 star for the initial car.
