  Scheduled rental almost 2 weeks in advance. Received a call under 24 hours till appointment and was told by a very rude lady that they don't shuttle Saturdays. I asked if Monday was free and was told "yea we'll at this point we have nothing till Tuesday" why was i not called and told any of this till last minute

  I had a reservation set and confirmed. I arrived and a vary rude women at the counter told me she tried to contact me and that they could not accommodate my needs. However the number she said she used was not the one they had in my account or that they had on there website. My weekend was ruined because this rude woman half ass'd her job. She wasn't apologetic or anything just rude. Ill never use enterprise again.

  I have called three times now to speak to someone about the poor experience I received. First vehicle I was offered the entire vehicle smelled like weed. I have children and refused that car. The attendant said he couldn’t smell anything cause he broke his nose. I ordered an suv awd for my trip. I was offered a Toyota Camry awd for same price. I called and talked to someone and was told I would be able to get what I requested that Sunday at Dublin Ohio location at 10 am. I went to place and they had no idea of me coming to location. They gave me an suv and I was told it was awd. I got to my destination and noticed the vehicle was in fact not what I requested it was not awd at all. The place I was under a level 2 snow emergency. I was told when I returned the vehicle I would not be charged until someone called me about the charges. I waited a week and heard nothing. I looked at my card statement that was used and I was charged $291 without the call I was promised. As well as the $572 still pending. I called again on Friday and was told I would hear back from the higher up manager by end of day. Going on another week I still have not heard back. Both vehicles I had received was not walked through an inspection with me. Poor customer service at both locations and will never rent again due to not receiving what I requested or being able to talk to someone about this horrible experience. If I was allowed a zero star I would.

  Hi my name is Cheryl Corbean and I rented from the Marysville location. I wanted to let you know that your employees Micah Stewart and Umera Nabi did a fantastic job. I came in early on the 20th and Micah had me come back an hour later. He worked to make my experience quick and easy even though I was early. When I returned the car, Umera worked as quickly to make sure I didn't have to wait. She was focused to make sure I have a great experience. These 2 young people focused on customer service excellence and I thought you should be made aware and let them know this. I will rent from this location again.
