( particpating loction)The manager was unable to put 3, $10 credits on a merchandise card because " there's something wrong with their system" "I can put it on, but it might not work". But somehow, at the same time, he was able to let me use the $30 in store right now. ( I need the merchandise card for an online order) Meaning he could create the credit for the batteries threw the program, because how else could I use the credit right now. I asked the manager if he could give it a try, Anyway. He said, I can do one battery but if it doesn't work.I have to keep the battery and you might not get the $10. He said the reason I want to do just one is to make sure you're not out $30, you would only be out $10 So somehow he can credit the system $30 for me to use on something I don't need in his store right now tonight only. Or He can "attempt" to put the credit on a merchandise card per the policy, and if it doesn't work, i'm just out the battery.And the $10. All of this coming with a side of " if I don't keep the battery, they're gonna take it out of my pay". I was pretty insulted by the whole experience. My father was downright appalled, i'm not sure in his 70 years, he's ever been treated like that in his life. Streight floored talked about the whole car ride home
- MBMari BouzianeDec 19, 20255.0JAMES customer service was 10/10 for me tonight… I came for headlight bulbs and some oil, James came outside to make sure I was getting the right bulbs (not high beams) and found out I needed both head lights!! As well as this time of year has been extremely hard on me financially and I told him that and he helped me get a good quality bulbs without spending all the cash I had. Thanks James for being so helpful and compassionate.
