  Local place unwilling to work with you at all me and my wife needed a rental car while both our vehicles are in the shop and we had a pick up scheduled and they can't run our debit/credit cards unless it's has the persons name on the card that's picking the vehicle up, even though we have shared finances and same last name on the card. Cars are also scratched and dinged a lot so make sure you take your own documentation on the vehicle before they charge you even more.

  From start to finish everything went smooth. Truck ran like a champ and got us from Ohio to Florida for Disney. Would definitely recommend enterprise

  Called and called. Needed a rental after my accident. Then when I finally got ahold of someone, she said they're in a meeting and asked if she can call me back. Never did. I called again the next day. Nothing. Went with Ford on Delaware Ave. for a rental AND it was significantly cheaper than this place would've been so it worked out for me in the end her not making me a priority. I've heard from others when I've told this story that they too were always told they're 'im a meeting' or 'getting ready to be in a meeting' and was never called back. How many damn meetings do you all need?? Seems like multiple a day. Then another friend called and was told the same...'getting ready for a meeting and they don't have time to check her reservation'. My friend was frantic because it said that she had a reservation but wanted to double-check and lo and behold, She still didn't have any car set for her per the lady although told otherwise And they were due to leave for a trip. These are things you shouldn't have to worry about. Nothing but unnecessary stress and chaos...Seems like someone needs to go in and clean house because they have MANY potential customers lost due to negligence. I truly feel like they do this and they're so lax about things just because they're one of the only rental spots but if you need a rental go to Ford on Delaware Ave and they will be glad to help you Plus it's significantly cheaper than what you'd pay there.
