I was able to select what I needed and scheduled my appointment online. Unfortunately, once they started, they realized the tires I selected were not in their inventory as they had just changed it. They provided an upgraded tire and comped the additional cost. We also had to wait longer than was advised due to short staffing and a difficult vehicle before mine. Brandon comped other services as well for the wait. I appreciate their honest communication and offering to make things right without having to ask. Great customer service!

- TMTina McNeal3 days ago1.0Went in for a tire balance and an alignment when done drove it home pulling to the right called they said bring it back so I did they said it takes an hour to do alignment they were done in 30 mins. And it's still pulling to the right Im pretty sure they didn't do anything probably because Im a woman and they think I dont know what Im talking about. This isn't the first problem from there. Gave them a chance won't waste my money there again 241.05 and have to take it somewhere else. Had to give 1 star or won't let me post.

I was told by Matt that he has enterprise cars in the morning, but can see me around 11. I said great, do I need to make an appt and he stated “no my schedule is wide open, bring it in and we’ll get it done”. Well here I am at 11 on Sunday (12/14) and they are now fully booked. Pretty pissed off about how he handled that. Zero stars if I could and I’m no longer bringing my cars here.
