- AAAnonymousMar 16, 20261.0Stopped in and asked if they could do an alignment. Stated they could so I left my vehicle. Shop called and stated I would need parts. No problem. Shop calls says parts guy didn't show up. Waited 2 days and picked my car up without repairs. Took it to National Tire and battery and the job was completed in 30 minutes. I do not recommend this shop.

It reminds me of the good old Mom and Pop stores that were around before corporations took over. It is well worth your time to check this place out for fair and honest work!!!
- JJJJSep 23, 20244.0They don't understand what an appointment is but the head mechanic doing the work seemed very knowledgeable and was able to get what I needed done. He needs help so he's not spending so much time talking to customers and doing his scheduled work then he won't be behind.
