- HLHarold LangFeb 23, 20262.0Brought in worn tire on the rim to be replaced. I was told a new tire would cost $68.99, when I got my tire back the price was $123.67. Mr.Tire charge me $35.99 for Tire Service they did not perform because I Brought the tire in that was not on a car plus $3.60 Miscellaneous Fee. When added together is half the cost of the tire 🤔
- CJChanice JamesFeb 11, 20261.0Bought four brand new tires and a wheel alignment guy told me to come Tuesday cause mechanic would be there longer appt was at 345 but asked could I come early guy said it was one person in front of me cool. Guy leaves after an hour my car was bought in and no nobody else was there but me, so I go walk around do a little shopping in the area come back just to be waiting another 2 hours when I was told the whole job should take an hour and a half . Then the guy comes and tells me I don’t need a wheel alignment he had to fix a bow or something so I asked about a refund the the attitude that guy gave me was worse than a woman.Thank god I asked the guy if they had to order my tires or were they already in because he was just gonna give me a wheel alignment even tho my prepaid receipt shows for four new tires and a wheel alignment. I should have went to Firestone like I started to at least I wouldn’t have had to worry if everything would get done. After the fact I told people that’s when people told me I shouldn’t have went here.
