I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30 am, the person that opened the shop, and checked me in along with myself were the only ones there. Also all the bays were empty. I live close by so at 10:30(on my way to the store) I rode by the shop to see my car still in the same spot where I parked it earlier. On my way back home at 11:45 I saw my vehicle was still outside, same spot. At this point all bays had cars in them even though I was the first customer of the day. I took my keyfob and ended up taking my vehicle to Conrads up the street. This Mr Tire has done work for me before, but I won't be back.

Aware it is not under warranty anymore. $45.00 to have the flat repaired, if not repairable approx 1 $144.00 for new tire. For someone who wanted to become a repeat customer I don't think this is reasonable. No consideration for a returning potential long term customer. Really disappointed. I left to find someone else to service me today and for the future of tire purchases and repairs. Update; flat tire repaired $20.00, non wait time @ Redds Tires on Broadway Ave .

They can never be on time even if you pre-call and ask, they have missed two appointments They don’t seem to care they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well. My time is just as valuable as you guys and you should keep appointments that you make, if you can’t keep the appointment don’t make it, if the time changes have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know you’re running behind
