Aware it is not under warranty anymore. $45.00 to have the flat repaired, if not repairable approx 1 $144.00 for new tire. For someone who wanted to become a repeat customer I don't think this is reasonable. No consideration for a returning potential long term customer. Really disappointed. I left to find someone else to service me today and for the future of tire purchases and repairs.

They can never be on time even if you pre-call and ask, they have missed two appointments They don’t seem to care they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well. My time is just as valuable as you guys and you should keep appointments that you make, if you can’t keep the appointment don’t make it, if the time changes have the courtesy to call the customer and let them know you’re running behind
