  Horrible customer service from corporate office and the Mansfield store. For over 6 weeks I have called 23 times to get my situation resolved. Everytime I am promised a call back, never have I received one. I am being over charged for my rental. My insurance company and the collision center have documented that the truck was returned on 2/25. The store is charging me for the 26th. I have been hung up on twice by the manager of the store. Apparently he can't have an adult conversation. I was told they couldn't send me an invoice by multiple people. Finally got one last week. Still incorrect. All I have ever asked was for someone to call me back.

  Hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. Tyler was amazing! Very professional and helpful. Pick up and drop off was easy and efficient! I will definitely return to Mansfield Enterprise for my next vehicle!

  This location is genuinely the best one I’ve dealt with. They took their time with each customer and even let me loiter while I waited for a specific vehicle type i preferred and when there was an issue with that car, they went the extra mile to get me into an appropriate alternative. Michael really went out of his way for me to hunt down my rental. While I waited I watched the other employees (Dylan and Major plus one more I didn’t catch the name of) provide amazing customer service even communicating with repeat customers by name. Ryan was very helpful on the phone while I was getting set up as well. They all answered all my questions (even when I called back after leaving to be sure i understood the full rental process). 10/10 would recommend this location- they really care about their customers and their safety.

  Worst experience ever for starters they wanted the car back early after we paid our fees because they sold the car we were using. Then 2 weeks after we dropped the damn car off we started getting charged toll receipts when we haven’t left Mansfield Ohio from enterprise toll charges. Pretty amazing when I called everyone wants to pass the buck and offer no solutions. We had to cancel the card and contact the bank. Thanks enterprise you really do suck.

  As a travel that’s not from Mansfield, Ohio originally but have stayed here a whole year three months and twenty five days I can honestly say this Dealership out of all enterprises I used for rental is the absolute worst experience. Their first excuse/reason to not rent to me was because I had an out of state license, I’ve never had any trouble in any other state the employees laughed in my face with pure malicious intent and continued to be disrespectful to a customer. The next reason/excuse was that I didn’t have a major bank card…. Now I’m confused I’m pretty sure Chase is a major bank and as good as credit cards Chime is a legit credit card honey. Now I’ve been to this same dealership with a male and they’ve allowed him to use Cashapp as a form of payment but are very picky and should I state sexist on whom they want to rent a car to. To call a car major dealership in the same city and they laugh about this establishment sets the time and what I’ve already been experiencing here in this city. I was told Major was the Manager but not the owner which is some 20 year old who sat twiddling his thumbs while I was being disrespected, Not serviced, and another co worker rushed in front of me to in other words try and walk me out. lol just for me to go in and stand inside and talk to the dealership on the phone and wait on a chauffeur to retrieve me. I’m applauded at the riff raft that this company chose to hire for customer service. Do better!!! They judge off of how you look and what you have when trying to rent a car. Fifteen years in customer service and I can honestly say that’s not how you handle paying customers I’m applauded.
