I dropped my car off at my scheduled drop off of 9:30am and it is now 4pm with nothing done. It should be scheduled for all customers, not for unexpected, unscheduled customers who walk in for service. First in first out right?

They took it in as soon as possible and not only got everything fixed but ensured it was safe to drive as well. I didn't realize how badly off my car actually was until I got it back and drove it for the first time. They did wonderful work. I would also mention that I never felt pressured to do any additional work, and each step of the process was explained perfectly. Brittany(sorry if that's spelled incorrectly.) even helped me work with my warranty company to ensure I was taking full advantage of the services they offered. The only point for improvement I had was the communication was a bit slow. I found myself reaching out more often than not to get updates, but they were extremely busy and all hands on deck. They also acknowledged this and apologized profusely. Thank you all for your wonderful work!!
