These folks have been great for tire replacements on irreparable tires. Worth getting Road Hazard coverage for replacements in those cases, since the small installation fee is much cheaper than paying full price for tires. Good folks here

Bought four tires two months ago. Got a piece of steel in one of them. Ask them to repair the tire. Call me and said it could not fix tire. Had to buy a new tire. Told them I wanted the bad tire. Looking at the bill they charged me 24.99 for repairing the tire, when they didn’t. They charged $5.00 for tire disposal when I took the tire. Looking at tire I think it can be fixed. I’m going to take it somewhere else and see. If they fix it I will post that as well. Would not recommend this business. Ok to be fair we took the bill back out to them and they did refund the tire repair and tire disposal fee.

I wanted to follow up regarding the complaint I submitted about being told that my starter could not be replaced because they didn't have tools to drop the transmission to get to my starter. I appreciate that Goodyear took my concern seriously and thoroughly reviewed the situation.
Thank you for going the extra mile to make this right and issuing a refund for the work that was not needed and that cost me out of pocket. Your willingness to stand by your company’s values and take responsibility means a great deal, and it reinforces my confidence in continuing to do business with Goodyear in the future.
I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and integrity shown throughout this process.
Thank you again for taking care of the issue.
I recently took my Chevy Equinox to Goodyear Auto Service for what I assumed would be a routine starter replacement. Instead, I was told they couldn’t complete the repair because they didn’t have the tools or equipment to drop the transmission and access the starter. This was shocking—Goodyear promotes itself as a full-service shop, yet they weren’t equipped for such a basic job on a common vehicle.
To make matters worse, all they could do was install a new battery. If I had known they couldn’t replace the starter, I would have had another shop handle both the battery and the starter at the same time. Because of this lack of transparency, I ended up paying for a tow truck to send my vehicle to another shop that could actually do the work. This added unnecessary time, expense, and frustration to what should have been a simple repair. Honestly, Goodyear should reimburse me for the cost of the battery, because their inability to perform the starter replacement forced me into an inefficient and costly situation.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered similar limitations at this location, which raises serious concerns about their capabilities. When I explained the situation to Firestone, where I ultimately had the repair completed, their staff was stunned that Goodyear couldn’t manage such a basic job. Firestone handled the repair without issue, which makes me wonder how Goodyear can continue to operate as a “full-service” provider if they can’t perform something as fundamental as a starter replacement. Customers deserve honesty about what services a shop can and cannot provide—especially when those services are advertised.
I ended up with flat at the end of my workday, I had my car towed to this place, they were able to get it fixed very quickly, I would recommend it to anyone who needs any work done. Amazing!!
