This has made me extremely upset to the point where I’ve had to lock my card because they weren’t going to charge me different amounts that I didn’t approve. They also tried to charge me for a rental that I hadn’t even had yet for the amount of time and I called corporate and they explained to me that they were charging me for future dated use to secure my rental and I said well there’s no need to not secure it because the insurance company was paying for it for the time that I had it and I had to pay the difference, which I was told, I didn’t have to pay till the end anyways and they continue to charge my card repetitively. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and I’m extremely disappointed with this enterprise in Mansfield, Ohio. Also, I was told that my $50 deposit had already been used when I did the math there was no way that they had used my deposit yet so I’m extremely upset by the customer service and how this was handled. also, after I called the corporate number, I was told that the manager would reach out to me and nobody ever reached out to me, so I just think that this is complete disorganization and a lack of communication from enterprise! Super disappointed. If this wasn’t the only rental car place in Mansfield. I would have taken my business elsewhere.
