  Planned on picking up antifreeze while at Walmart but decided to stop here because I had questions. One girl utterly unhelpful, just wanting to cry about working sick. Great! Hope I don't end up sick, too. The other girl SOUNDED like she might have answers, except I was unconvinced. Ended up walking over to Goodwill while waiting for the engine to cool and the employee there was more helpful than either of the girls at the desk in this store. When I got back to the car, a man who seemed to be on break was kind enough to get a funnel to add my newly purchased coolant, but again, didn't seem to know exactly where to put it. Next day I check to make sure I don't need to add any more coolant and realized that all 3 employees either sold, encouraged, or helped me add concentrated coolant that should have been a 50/50 dilute. Admittedly, my own fault for not being more observant sooner, but again, I stopped at this location, willing to pay a higher price than Walmart specifically because I had questions. Now my coolant needs to be drained, flushed and refilled with the appropriate thing. It's ok to say you don't know. It's not ok to pretend like you do and potential cost someone hundreds (thousands had I not caught it quickly and it ruined my engine) extra. Not at all impressed with the service here and will be going to Advanced or O'Reilly's for any future needs.
