Before proceeding with repairs get a second opinion. Got my brakes and rotors replaced and Dustin said my pitman arm had play in it and needed to be replaced. Truck did need new tires and alignment though. I waited a couple weeks and shaking got worse, so I took it into Mason location. Told them I needed 2 new front tires, alignment, and pitman arm replaced cause I was told by the Maineville branch. Thank you for Taylor and the Mason branch for being honest and doing an excellent job. Pitman arm was in perfect condition and did not even need replaced. Honesty should be a priority and Maineville branch lacked it! They would’ve stole $700 from me when tires discounter in Mason saved me $700.

Always been reasonable on prices if compared to others. Seem to do acceptable work. I really only have work done that is overly difficult to do myself.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
