The substitute took pictures and said the original,estimator would be in touch that day with my quote. It was 4 days later and didn’t even include some of the items to be quoted. What a joke. I think because mine wasn’t an insurance claim they weren’t interested. Makes me think they are an insurance scam.

Just a note because they are good, they are busy. They may not be able to get to your repair right away. If you can wait, it's worth the wait.
