  I don’t know where to start with this. First off the car wash sucks. Always still have bugs on the bumper and windshield. Always still have dirty wheels. Always have dirty rocker panels. They claim to have an underbody wash but I’ve never felt it on my feet like Mike’s car wash or seen it spraying other cars like you do at Mike’s. Getting under my car is always dirty as hell like the wash has never touched it. Mike’s is a way better car wash. Also the lines become incredibly long here due to employees being not attentive and helping customers sitting at the gates. Half the issue also is people not reading the signs for “unlimited only”. They have free vacuums which is better than Mike’s however over half the time there are no microfibers for the free glass cleaner. I have now shown up 5 times during normal business hours when they are open only for there to be cones blocking the entrance. I have never once gone to Mike’s and it been closed during business hours. Mike’s also has better hours. 6:55-9:05 instead of 8-8. The employees here have always been nice when I’ve interacted with them. If you want a better wash, shorter lines and more attentive employees go to Mike’s. I kept giving Carriage House opportunities but it’s so frustrating going there. This is my 3rd time writing a review but first one I’ve posted. I go almost everyday since I have the unlimited and my wheels are always dirty. I’ve been disappointed with Carriage House since it opened and hoped it would get better but it hasn’t. Also I’m sick of seeing their free wash ads. Save yourself the headache, time and disappointment go to Mike’s Car Wash.

  Sat in line at the kiosk for 7 minutes while manger Josh was in a “meeting” at 6:45 at night. He said he didn’t know the car in front of us was having trouble even though he was the attendant on the kiosk at the time. Asked for a free wash for our wait and he refused. He said he had personal free washes but no manager free washes. This was very disappointing. Never offered to get us signed up with a monthly plan so that we could skip the line and go through the unlimited line. The wash was fine but the experience was 1 star.

  Excellent customer service!The employees were very kind, friendly, and attentive . They took the time to show me areas that needed extra cleaning and offered rewash without hesitation. It's clear they care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended

  UPDATED 12/27/25 I only leave a one star review to draw attention and HOPEFULLY someone will do something about this. I want to cancel my membership before it renews in a few days, but the account management site has no option to cancel, the email contact link DOESN'T work on the website (it's just words on the page, no actual link or email address), and no one actually answers the phone. When I've gone to the location and walked into the office, there's no one in there at all. I had to dig through the website's code just to find a link to a cancellation page in the terms and conditions that can't be viewed from the accounts page, and I'm not even sure that actually worked. As a last resort I've put a locked credit card on the account so I can't be charged at renewal. Overall I've been happy with the washes, but the locations available are no longer convenient for me, and frankly, if I can't easily opt out or cancel a service through a website that is happy to take my money and allow me to update a payment method, I'm not interested in that service. Edit 12/27/25: I was contacted by the local owner and he was happy to take care of the cancellation. The account page doesn't distinguish between prepaid accounts and recurring billing accounts, so it appears to indicate billing will occur even if it won't actually. I will reiterate that I was always happy with the actual washes, and if I find myself to be in an area with a Carriage House carwash convenient to me again, I might get another membership.
