I walk in and get to the point, I need a battery and the we go for the cheapest with a one year warranty. Easy as pie right? Couldn’t find the battery, no worries. Wait for an extra 10 minutes,that’s fine. But what really got under my skin is that he charged me got a core… I was changing it in their parking lot. I should have just not bought the battery. I should have just had them do the free test and insulation. I wasn’t even offered that. It should have been the first thing the guy should have asked.
