Came here to try the car wash after receiving a promotion for a discounted wash, ended up with hundreds of dollars in paint damage to the exterior of my car. It took weeks for the company to follow-up to tell me they were denying any responsibility for the damages despite video and photo record of a scratch-less car entering the car wash and emerging with scratches afterwards. It seems their brushes may have rocks stuck from previous washes or are configured in a way that causes scratches. Stay away and protect your vehicles.

I have used this mat cleaner in the past and it performed very well, but it has been out of order for the past six months. Also the enter gate was damaged my car by going down during my entrance. I emailed to the main office, sent pictures of it but didn't get any response.

Luckily , the kindest older gentleman , I believe he is the manager , immediately pulled his huge pickup truck up next to mine and gave me a "jump". I was so grateful to him because I had a busy day and many errands to run! The very same gentleman has also showed kindness & helped my daughter out when she cleaned her car out at Whistle. This man is a lovely human being. Thanks Whistle! Best deal in town!
