The vacuums didn’t work, there were no clean rags available, and the mat cleaning machine wasn’t doing anything at all. To make it worse, the employees on site didn’t offer any help or even acknowledge the issues. For the price, this was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

Came here to try the car wash after receiving a promotion for a discounted wash, ended up with hundreds of dollars in paint damage to the exterior of my car. It took weeks for the company to follow-up to tell me they were denying any responsibility for the damages despite video and photo record of a scratch-less car entering the car wash and emerging with scratches afterwards. It seems their brushes may have rocks stuck from previous washes or are configured in a way that causes scratches. Stay away and protect your vehicles.

I have used this mat cleaner in the past and it performed very well, but it has been out of order for the past six months. Also the enter gate was damaged my car by going down during my entrance. I emailed to the main office, sent pictures of it but didn't get any response.
