  Places always pissed for absolutely horrible the guys in their I hate their job and they can never ever ever ever get to seem like they know what they're doing or what you're talking about

  Donnie and his manager, Dylan installed a battery in my big truck—yes, a truck with two batteries—right in the middle of the first blizzard of the year. Snow flying sideways, fingers freezing off, and these guys didn’t flinch. They even made sure the battery was properly pampered with the sacred battery lubricant and washer packet. Safety first. Comfort second. Frostbite… negotiable. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine a better tag team at AutoZone. If changing batteries in a blizzard were an Olympic sport, these two would be taking home gold.

  They were so helpful! Came out and changed my headlight, and even looked at my tire pressure.

  Placed an order in July. Never received part of my order. I've now spent hours working with customer service trying to get my money back. They keep telling me I'm wrong even though I've sent them screenshots of the item still processing and bank records. Unethical business practices. There are SO many competitors to choose from.. don't shop at AutoZone.
