  My daughter in law went into labor and at the same time my wife got a notification that her car needed a quart of oil! It was 8:45 that evening and Baby was coming! Stress! Called Autozone in Loveland and Dillon came to the rescue. Not only did he find the unique oil her BMW needed but he put it in her car all by 9pm store close. Now that is service! Thanks Dillon! Zoey was born that night at 10:45 and my wife ran right over to the hospital!

  Places always pissed for absolutely horrible the guys in their I hate their job and they can never ever ever ever get to seem like they know what they're doing or what you're talking about

  Donnie and his manager, Dylan installed a battery in my big truck—yes, a truck with two batteries—right in the middle of the first blizzard of the year. Snow flying sideways, fingers freezing off, and these guys didn’t flinch. They even made sure the battery was properly pampered with the sacred battery lubricant and washer packet. Safety first. Comfort second. Frostbite… negotiable. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine a better tag team at AutoZone. If changing batteries in a blizzard were an Olympic sport, these two would be taking home gold.

  This place sucks go to o reilly or anywhere else . Not helpful sell you stuff you don't need .

  Let’s just say that Jim B is my hero for the night !! I had a tricky return, which he took care of quickly… and then turned around and provided me with exactly what I needed !! There’s a reason I shop here, but what makes it even better is to have someone take great care of you in a quick and professional manner… this guy is a keeper… and PS… he probably deserves a raise 😉
