From the gentleman cleaning the showers to the staff at Arby’s, along with the friendly gentleman outside and the women at the counter, every individual was exceptionally pleasant. They all deserve a raise or a bonus, as I’ve never encountered such a dedicated group of people who excel at their jobs and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. More companies could benefit from having individuals like them on their teams. This review is based on my experience on the night of September 27, 2025.

He was very disrespectful and how he handled the situation.. there are two washing machines and four dryers. The two washing machines works. Two of the dryers are posted out of service; And the other two might as well be put out of service too. The car reader said processing transactions for two hours straight on one of them. And the other dryer would not dry my clothes on the high heat setting. I asked for assistance after the first cycle nobody came so I ran another cycle thinking maybe the clothes will get dry slow slowly, but still wet. So I asked again, and finally, the manager came back. I told him the situation and he told me well it’s because of the truck drivers. lol I lost my head on that one. Told him exactly how I felt with him saying it like that. I told him this is a truckstop, not a gas station. It’s meant for truckers and we need somewhere to wash clothes and wear and tear happens. He stated these aren’t even our washers. I told him then call the company cause you make money off of them. Have them fix or replace. But I would put everything out of service because now I have wet clothes that I cannot dry unless I go down the road.. he just gave me his back. Very rude and unprofessional. So that’s when I snapped and gave him a piece of my mind. So be aware if you wash your clothes, you will not be able to dry them there.
