They want to charge me again since there's only a 30 day warranty. Before the repair I used a tin can and duct tape, they used the tin can as part of the repair. I should have checked the work, but was happy that it worked period and only cost $170. As cheesey as the work was, I still would have been happy if they welded both sides. They don't stand behind their work.

My only regret is they couldn't tell me what the precise issue was, because this shop specializes and doesn't work on transmissions, which is where they suspect my concern is. Based on their inspection, they offered their best recomendations for work needed (which they could provide) in the not-too-distant-future and ball-park costs, so I can do some financial preparations, as well. And, their free inspection was actually FREE! I will return for that future work, based on this visit.
