  Great experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. We came in when they were very busy and things were hectic but they didn’t miss a beat and took care of their customers with great care. Cooper was very nice and we will utilize them again if needed.

  Lima OH was a horrible place to rent from, the vehicle selection was terrible for winter time. The contract they went over with me explained there was to be no smoking in the car, which I do not, and the car smelled Horribly of smoke. Probably will not be renting from them in the future. Returning the vehicle in Harrisburg PA was ridiculous, I called from a dealership to ask if they could pick the vehicle up a half of a mile down the road because i just bought a vehicle and refused. Go to drop it off and the building where the return vehicles go was closed down which was confusing. Again, will probably not rent from this company again. 1 star rating on google!

  With closing at 12:00pm on Saturday we lost use of the vehicle for half of the 5th day which insurance company allowed us. It's when we needed it the most.
