After another 10 minutes, the technician informed me that the my vehicle ‘doesn’t have a transfer case’. After arguing briefly, I took the vehicle to a competent shop who was able to change the fluid in about 20 minutes.

I got some coupons in the mail too. Showed up and the staff was very friendly engaging in small talk but not too much to make me uncomfortable. Pointed out some small things I forgot about and patched it w/o me asking. (Missing tire cap and a flappy piece under my car) so thank you very much! Hope you all have a pleasant holiday season!

I also like being able to sit in the vehicle and watch the dirty oil being extracted and replaced with clean, synthetic oil! The technician was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The gasket for the oil filter was broken on his truck. They fixed it and topped off his oil for no charge. Really appreciate them helping us out right before closing so we didn’t have to figure it out at home in the dark! Would definitely recommend! Super quick and friendly.
- MGMiguel GuerreroNov 27, 20251.0A while back they put the wrong oil in my car ruining my multi air system. Cost thousands to repair and they refused to accept any responsibility. When I arrived they said they didn't have my oil so I said no biggie I'll just go to the dealer. They asked me to wait and "found some in the back" within a hundred miles I had a misfire in cylinder 2 and a seized actuator in the multi air system that is caused by using the wrong oil. They claimed because I had someone else work on it that they couldn't be sure it wasn't tampered with after leaving their location.
