- TTToddOct 22, 20251.0Their follow up to incidentals is horrible. Watched my antenna come off and immediately informed the team. I was told they couldn’t go down and get it until they cleaned the drains, but was promised they would call. That call never happened. Went back and submitted another report and was told I would be contacted in a few days. Still nothing and it has been 2 months of trying to follow up. I had to buy a replacement antenna and have still not heard from management. It’s an antenna, how can it not be found when I watched it happen?? Absolutely disappointed in their management and customer service. Be very careful that nothing happens to your vehicle, even if it something as simple as them retrieving an antenna that came off in the bay. You won’t be happy with their customer care.
