From Michigan and kept my membership when relocating to Columbus however I must say this location recently opened a couple months ago and they have the worst dryers out of any Tommy’s location I’ve ever been too. Please do something to improve the quality of these dryers.

I saw another review and they chopped it up to a misunderstanding; certainly don’t think it was a misunderstanding as I was told the same thing! Can’t imagine how many people got a charge they didn’t expect! Also just generally a poor wash quality. My tires were never shined (though the promotion said it should have been the highest tier of wash) and I’d watch every car come off the belt still dirty with visibly unwashed tires.
