  Very poor service experience overall. After my initial technician could not complete the job I was told someone would call me. They didn’t but I did get a notification for an appointment the following week. No one showed up. I called and was hung up on by the system multiple times. Had to use the chat function online to finally get an alternate number to actually talk to someone. Then was told I had to go to the shop cause they had another piece of glass there. Went to the shop, and it turns out they didn’t even need the new glass (just a new tech to calibrate I guess) so in the end I went there and paid for a ride back and forth for no reason. After all this I wasn’t offered any discount or anything. I guess this is the normal experience.

  Had rear glass replaced at the sawmill rd location, the glass rattled after install. Scheduled warranty for Lewis center, manager inspected it, said it appeared just fine besides cosmetic issues but offered to pull it off anyway despite me not being able to replicate it in the warm weather (rattled bad during cold weather when everything shrunk). Rattle is resolved, looks much better, finished in a timely fashion. Sorry to the manager for being “that guy”, thanks for offering to reinstall!

  Went by today because a construction truck nailed my windshield on the highway and I didn’t want it to get worse with the weather changing up and down the past couple weeks. Not only were they super fast like faster than your lunch break fast, but the customer service was incredible and the pricing is great. Highly recommend :)

  Terrible experience. I scheduled a windshield replacement for my Tesla Model Y and confirmed the model on the phone beforehand. When I arrived, after waiting about an hour, I was told they had ordered a windshield for a Model S and didn’t check the notes. Appointment had to be rescheduled. I came back four days later at 7:00 AM, dropped off my car, and was texted over an hour later to pick it up because the replacement windshield arrived damaged. After I got home, they called saying they gave me the wrong key card and asked me to come back—no courtesy offered until I pushed back. No follow-up, no reschedule, and zero respect for my time. I canceled and went to another Safelite location. Avoid this place.
