Terrible service. Got a oli change drove home and parked. 2 miles away. Come out this morning and all my oli is on my drive way. Called the store and they told me to have it towed in at my expense. Jimmie the manager didn't even know if they had the oil to do it. Or if the fuel filter was in line on a diesel truck. Just a total joke.

Absolutely do NOT go to this place. This shop performed an alignment on my car and reported the WRONG mileage to Carfax. When I called, they told me to come in so they could “fix” it. But when I arrived, their manager Jim talked to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner and said he couldn’t do anything. Their mistake now damages the value of my vehicle — and they refuse to take responsibility. To make it even worse, their alignment job was sloppy and dangerous. They didn’t even tighten the tie rods properly, putting my safety at risk. This place is unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable. Avoid it at all costs

I brought my Kia forte5 in for what I thought was an alternator problem, dropped the car off on Thursday the 18 of Sept 2025. They told me my car was fixed on Saturday but could get ahold of the 3rd party insurance so they held my car till Monday 22. When I picked up the car they said it was fixed but drove the car for 20mins and it started draining the battery wasn't fixed took it back they put another alternator on it told me it was fixed, I picked the car up on Wednesday 24 still same scenario, called the manager Jimmie Vetor and after giving me a lifetime warranty he said their was nothing he could do about it had to be a wiring issue or computer issue. I have since figured out it was the computer problem but what gets me Tire Discounters claims to have diagnosed my car before replacing the alternator, My son and I took a volt meter and figured out the problem. Tire Discounters charged me $836.26 and wouldn't stand behind there work or there warranty. As a matter of fact the manager was bold face lying to the insurance company while I was standing right in front of him.

I was looking at the comparison of the difference in my tires that I was getting an the general manager had came at me an my wife very rude saying we made there tire techs nervous all we were doing is looking at the difference to see if we liked them weren’t doing anything wrong at all are appointment was at 10:00 am an we have already waited 3 hours just to get them on my truck guess you can’t see what’s going on with your vehicle or look to see if your tires are what you like

paid $150 for a full alignment at Tire Discounters, but my truck was still out of spec when they were done. Only after charging me did they mention I needed a cam bolt kit, which should have been explained up front. Instead of offering a solution, they told me to buy the parts myself and even suggested I should get my own lift and alignment rack if I wasn’t happy. They charged me full price for a half-done job and kicked me out when I questioned it. Very unprofessional — customers deserve honesty before paying, not excuses after the fact.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
