The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in upselling than actually helping. I felt pressured, talked down to, and quoted prices that were completely unreasonable for service. Save yourself the headache and your money — places like Walmart Auto provide the same service for a fraction of the price, without the attitude or shady tactics. This shop is overpriced, disrespectful, and not worth your time.

But, today I went there for them to check something that just seemed off to me and I wanted it checked by professionals due to the incoming winter storm. They didnt find anything wrong with it and didnt charge me anything. It was something they could have easily faked in order to charge me something but they didnt. That sort of honesty really goes a long way with me. So they definitely will continue seeing me in the future.

When I called, they told me to come in so they could “fix” it. But when I arrived, their manager Jim talked to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner and said he couldn’t do anything. Their mistake now damages the value of my vehicle — and they refuse to take responsibility. To make it even worse, their alignment job was sloppy and dangerous. They didn’t even tighten the tie rods properly, putting my safety at risk. This place is unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable. Avoid it at all costs
