paid $150 for a full alignment at Tire Discounters, but my truck was still out of spec when they were done. Only after charging me did they mention I needed a cam bolt kit, which should have been explained up front. Instead of offering a solution, they told me to buy the parts myself and even suggested I should get my own lift and alignment rack if I wasn’t happy. They charged me full price for a half-done job and kicked me out when I questioned it. Very unprofessional — customers deserve honesty before paying, not excuses after the fact.

It shouldn't take 4.5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when we had an appointment made about a week in advance...
Id understand if it was a last minute thing but at this point just go to the neighborhood Walmart for car service. You'll probably have a better experience in the long run. I won't be returning to this location and you should do the same.
They advertised 79.99 for an oil change and somehow snuck in 30 dollars of labor
Then the icing on the cake? 79.23 to change a cabin air filter with a labor charge of 37 dollars in that price tag.
Avoid this location like the plague. I have never left a tire discounters feeling scammed but this one accomplished it.

Requested appointment and 4 tires, received a phone call 2 days later letting me know they couldn't get In the tires I wanted but would do a great deal on a set of 4 others, $300 more but they would include all the extras they give away already and could get me in later that day even though I also requested a day later in the week. Have had better experiences at Walmart service center.

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
