I went in here last week because my battery terminal was loose and my kept cutting off. I explained and these guys sprung into action. My car has not cut off sense and I am truly grateful to you all for your kindness and getting me and my children back on the road safely. Thank you sooo much

Tire Discounters is hands down the worst place to take your car. They fit every stereotype of a rip-off mechanic shop. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in upselling than actually helping. I felt pressured, talked down to, and quoted prices that were completely unreasonable for service.
Save yourself the headache and your money — places like Walmart Auto provide the same service for a fraction of the price, without the attitude or shady tactics. This shop is overpriced, disrespectful, and not worth your time.

I generally come here for tires and oil changes and they have always been great. The corporate website on the otherhand is dreadful for making appointments.
But, today I went there for them to check something that just seemed off to me and I wanted it checked by professionals due to the incoming winter storm. They didnt find anything wrong with it and didnt charge me anything. It was something they could have easily faked in order to charge me something but they didnt. That sort of honesty really goes a long way with me. So they definitely will continue seeing me in the future.

Tire punctured while on a long trip. They fit us in and repaired it at closing time for a great price.

Terrible service. Got a oli change drove home and parked. 2 miles away. Come out this morning and all my oli is on my drive way. Called the store and they told me to have it towed in at my expense. Jimmie the manager didn't even know if they had the oil to do it. Or if the fuel filter was in line on a diesel truck. Just a total joke.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
