The wife hit a pot hole on her way home so I took the tire, which they didn’t have but ordered it and said it’d be there by the next day. In fact it came later that afternoon and they took care of me fantastically. Tim and Jesse were really helpful today.

Your making it easier and easier for this lawsuit to go through and win. Wear a nice suit to court. Brought my car in on Sept l 22nd. They held my car for two days and told me I needed an engine replaced. Did not provide me any kind of documentation or quote, brought it to the dealership I got it from and there isn't a single thing wrong with my car and I have documentation to that effect. Someone from corporate needs to contact me immediately before I take legal action.

Instead of them being a good person and telling her she could her it from auto zone or walmart. They charged her $348. For labor and battery. I went to auto zone right next to them and the said to never trust them. All they care about is sales.
