My daughter brought her car in. I hate that I did not go with her.
She needed a battery. Instead of them being a good person and telling her she could her it from auto zone or walmart. They charged her $348. For labor and battery.
I went to auto zone right next to them and the said to never trust them. All they care about is sales.

Took a travel trailer here to get the valve stems replaced. They broke two studs on the first tire and then told me that they couldn't go any further and that I would have to get the studs to fix their failure. Went to a trailer store in Cincinnati for studs and they said to remove the lug nuts by hand with a lug wrench not an impact gun. After that 40 mile drive I got back and asked them to keep going but remove the lug nuts by hand. Was told by the manager that all they had were power tools no sockets, ratchets or torque wrenches. Dug the lug wrench out of the camper and took all the lugs off myself, no more broken studs. Wouldn't have gone to all this trouble but I really needed this done, we were using the camper the next weekend. It was pretty obvious that the manager did not want to do this job. But once I started taking the tires off for them, they started to replace the valve stems. One of the techs came into the show room and started talking crap about me wanting all the lugs removed by hand. He didn't know my wife was the woman sitting there hearing all his attitude (she was pissed). She came out to tell me we should leave but they had me over a barrel so I asked her to let it go and since I was helping it wouldn't take much longer. Once all the wheels were back on they magically came out with a torque wrench to tighten all the lug nuts. Went in to pay and a lady with two small kids had just parked and walked in before me. Heard her telling the manager that she had a tire leaking air and asked if they could check it out. Manager told her they were too busy and she would have to make an appointment for Monday (this was on a Saturday). There was no one else in the showroom so it was clear to me that with my experience with him and now what I saw him do to this lady he just didn't want the business. Hope his managers get wise too him soon.

Friendly, professional and HONEST. They don't sell you any service you don't need. My 200,000+ mile vehicle developed a very severe vibration in the front end last winter. Took it to TD expecting a costly repair. They laughed and said "yeah, we've had ten of these today. You probably have snow and ice packed inside your wheel...like a washing machine with a blanket on one side." Honest folks who didn't charge me a penny! You can feel confident bringing you vehicle to them.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
