I was told that it could be another week. That they were waiting on parts. I had my drop off appointment for almost one month. They should have had my parts before I dropped it off. The only reason I chose this shop was because my insurance company guaranteed their work. They were very unprofessional when speaking to us. Was told if I didn’t want to wait that I could come get my vehicle. So this was basically a waste of time. I made one call when I got home to another glass company. My vehicle will be fixed tomorrow and at a cheaper rate. so beware

The tires were not balanced or mounted correctly so I have to pay $260 out of pocket to have that done RIGHT! On top of a few other things that weren’t fixed DUE to my minor accident. I will NEVER step foot back in this place. I will never bring my car back to this place. If you didn’t fix it the first time, and claimed you reset them twice, and you didn’t fix it. why would I bring it back to have it fixed again? No thanks. I’ll take it to someone who will do the job properly so that my car will not have problems anymore. So while I wait on my vehicle I wanted to give an update. Manager reached out and was persistent I have it brought back and I said absolutely not! You guys blamed me for almost everything. Sorry I won’t pay high dollar for a car just to destroy it. STEER CLEARRR!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I most definitely would. This place is beyond me. They had my car for a month and a half. Now mind you my car is brand new with only 30k miles on it. It had nothing not a single thing wrong with it & someone backed into my back passenger door/corner panel & it trigged all of my sensors. Minor damage. They stated my car was misfiring, throwing misfire codes etc. it never ever did that before. My sensors never ever came on before either. They barely communicated with me for the whole month and a half. My battery was unhooked for weeks. Little do they know I have the Toyota app and it tells me everything! Well I got my car back Thursday 6/19 at 5:30pm. It felt like a bumpy ride & that the tires weren’t balanced and aligned right when I get up past 35mph it starts to shake and is very bumpy. They think I’m stupid because I’m a female. I know more than they think I do. My dad taught me right. So here we are 6/25 and every single one of my sensors came on at 11:03am. Not to mention you can still see where I was hit. They claimed they painted but they didn’t. They had a whole list of things and I don’t believe they did half of it. $3200 from an insurance company for very little work is beyond me. I am NOT happy with how they are handling things and just know I will Never return here no matter what happens. My car is now going to Kings Toyota. I have photos/videos of before my car went to gerber collision, I have videos and photos of afterwards along with every thing else. You can clearly see in my before photos that the corner bottom is pulled out from where he hit. They are claiming it did no damage to that. I call BS. Now I am left WITHOUT a vehicle until mine is PROPERLY fixed & for their employees to instantly say oh those are from pot holes or bumps. No I wouldn’t pay 45k for my car just to destroy it sorry. I work hard for my money. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! They will do more harm than good!!!!!!!!!!!!!
