Kevin walked out to my van, lifted the hood, took out both bulbs and replaced them within 5 minutes. Needless to say, Advance Auto Parts in Lebanon will be our only stop going forward. Great service, polite, and courteous.

- MBMike BushJul 10, 20251.0Took my vehicle’s starter to be tested on Wednesday, the employee who tested the machine insured me that the starter was good, even checked it twice. When ask specifically about cranking amps, employee said machine didn’t give that information, however, another employee walked over hit a button and all the info I asked for was there. So starter is “good”, bought a starter relay and was on my way. Car started up but then died, completely as it had that morning. Had my car towed from the gas station to a local garage for $150. The auto garage calls the next day and tells me that my vehicles starter was bad and they will fix it for $535. What could have been a $200 purchase from AAP plus my time ended up costing me $685 and them a customer. Lesson here is don’t trust the machines at this place, and go with your gut instinct.

An employee waiting outside informed me that the key-holder had not yet arrived to open the store. I ended having to wait until 9:00 am, watching other customers come and go. Employees were super helpful once the store finally got running, but it was not a good impression overall.
