  The last two visits have not gone well. They left my oil cap off causing oil to leak on the engine. I didn’t realize it was missing until I started smelling the oil burning off the intake. I gave them another shot and this time the technician tried to open the hood with the name badge in the grill breaking it off and leaving a hole. They said they would pay for a new grill time will tell.

  Recently moved to Lancaster and just needed a quick oil change. The first visit was told they were out of the oil my car required. No big deal we were leaving for spring break and just planned to return next week and was reassured that a shipment would be arriving. Returned a week and a half later still no oil.. called 3 days later spoke to customer care and after a 17 minute conversation they determined still no oil. Decided to go ahead and purchase oil and oil filter and return to Valvoline. Unfortunately this was a big mistake. Upon leaving I asked how to reset the oil change light in the car. The gal took out her personal phone and YouTubed a video. The next day I noticed a wind noise coming from my car. After running errands I backed into my driveway and it sounded like I ran over something. I get out to discover that the skid plate was hanging by one screw and fluid was running down the driveway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING VALVOLINE EVER! Had to tow the car to VW in Columbus to fix the car! Never ever ever AGAIN!
