I took my Nissan in to have the radio looked at on June 6 the verdict is it needs a new amp Chris said it would take a couple days to get it in. Well its been over a month and every time I call Chris to get an up date he just says he doesn't have it yet, he has an attitude about it. Well this am when I called in for my weekly update cause apparently its to much for Chris to actually call me with an update 'he just merely told me I could go elsewhere'. They have no customer service skills I shouldn't have to call him for updates, I'm paying them he could at least take the time to call me and give me an update. Lesson learned I won't go hear again.
- JBJamie BrandtDec 9, 20215.0Took my Jeep in and had Chris install 2 amps 2 subwoofers 4 speakers 2 tweeters and an aftermarket Radio plus an extra battery and for as much work as that was he got it done quickly and it looks a million times better then if I would have tried to do it myself. Would highly recommend going to him for car audio and I plan on going to him for anything else in the future. Very very very happy with the end result. Ps I never leave a review for anything and I’m leaving this one if that gives you an idea of how happy I am. 👍👍
