-Lancaster Ohio-The people in charge are either rude and or not helpful. I've gone to the same place since I was 16 through my dad's account. I have spent over $3,000 there but I will never go to that location again in my entire life. I'm going to use a different company that has great customer service. Nowere stays the same and people change. This isn't the first business to lose my business. Also the people that I talk too and will talk to will go somewhere else.
This is all on top of how they were rude to my girlfriend, uncle, and me on 4 total different occasions. I pay in full and I buy high quality.

Called for an alignment price (previous business occupying this building was $100) tells me they start at $120 and go up. I asked if the $120 was just a standard alignment. He says well it's $120 as long as you're vehicle is not lifted or lowered wheels are under 22in and it's not over 20 years old. I said okay Mines a 1999, lifted, and as 24in wheels. He says okay that'll be $240.99
In my opinion that's insane. No way.

I went to the wrong tire store at first and I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me there. Once I realized, I called Tire Discounters and they were so friendly and understanding, and let me still keep my appointment even though I was going to be late. Once I made it there, I was helped right away, the guy was so nice and helpful. He was very personable and he acted like he cared. I will not get tires anywhere else! They were affordable too!

I just had to share my experience with the Lancaster Ohio location. From the ease of finding tires I like at fair price on the website, scheduling, and the package including an alignment and voucher for an oil change, it was a no brainer. The service was top knotch, in my opinion. All of it done in a timely manner and my car driving so smoothly afterwards exceeded my expectations. This is my second experience with this location and it's easy for me to say that I'll be a loyal customer here for years to come. Honest, superb work at its finest. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in it!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
