Purchased four new tires for our Nissan Kicks. Super quick and easy. Deal on their website included an oil change. We needed to come back the next day for that and even that did not take long to complete.

This was my problem that they couldn't figure out and instead charged me $520 for new rear brakes and rotors. Which obviously didn't solve my issue. But no worries, my competent husband and I just fixed it ourselves. It was the FRONT WASHER, ya know, where I stated the noise was coming from. Thanks for nothing. I'll only recommend against this location. If you want something done right, do it yourself!
The manager was rude and didn't care to fix the issue or try to make things right. Nor did he know what credit cards were accepted. Hassle all the way around.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EV HERE! The manager is dismissive and doesn't listen. Brought our car in for a tire rotation/balance and to inspect a noise in driver side front. This is the 2nd time we've had this car in for the noise...Manager comes back with "it's the rear brakes".. $1400 later, because we "NEEDED" new tires and brakes, and the noise is louder than ever! When we asked them why the noise was still there, they went back into the shop and said we can have a different tech look the next day. Needless to say after being told by the manager "I already talked to her" (my wife) when expressing my cornerns and frustration, we no longer trust your opinion or judgement.
So, unless you have an endless supply of money in this tight economical climate, I would suggest that you avoid working with this company.
Oh, $60 later, it'll be fixed by me.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
