- JJJanuaryOct 19, 20251.0This is written with very mix emotions because up until today when I went into this place and spoke with Mark I loved this place and have spent thousands of dollars here in the last month between tires and alignment on my car..I need two new tires again after just getting 4 new ones it's then 2 months ago and you can see the wire in the back two. I had an appointment to go in there today to have them put the tires on my car and find out why this is is happening to my tires to be told that I right get an alignment there which I did, and to have my mechanic look at my car not them!! His unprofessional attitude and the way he spoke to me in this business today is unacceptable especially since I am trying to have fixed an issue with my tires and/or alignment you put in my car! This is not okay! I have a update ..the region man called to make this right and they had me go to the store on Baltimore Reynoldburg Rd where Rusty is the one that I dealt with and this man was great . Mavis Tires did go back in and make this right and sent me to someone that was nice and fixed the issues at hand. Thank you Mavis Tires,
