After twice opening and closing the hood the sensor continued to go off so I pulled back around to the door way to let them know and to get a different car. The agents only response was "it's probably cold, it'll go off soon". Here I thought I was renting from Enterprise, not borrowing my cousins old car that might not make it down the road. The only resolution I was offered was to move me to a smaller car that was too small for my needs. When I informed them that it wasn't going to work I was told "well thats all we've got". No asking me if I mind if they can see if they can find me something else, no saying that they'd call another location, just that's all we've got and oh well. Edit for Lisa @ Enterprise CS: I reached out to your customer service and was told that I would receive a call back from your "management team" and, big shocker, no one ever called back.
