My experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was above my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel valued as a customer. The team was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions clearly and knowledgeably, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
When I returned the car, they thanked me for taking such great care of it. That meant a lot to me, especially since I made an effort to return it in excellent condition. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed.
I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental car.

My friend and I rented a car to go visit my family on 1/17 and made sure it was okay to return the car when they were closed on Sunday. We returned the car, I even took a pic of the drop box to have for when we returned the keys, and they charged us an extra day from our deposit. My friend called and complained and they said they would fix it and the money would be returned in 3-5 business but it's now 2/7 and the final amount wasn't fixed nor were we refunded for the extra day. The guys in the store were nice initially but now I'm out $150 I expected to have despite doing everything right. I'll remove this review if the issue is fixed but until then I would not recommend renting a car through enterprise.
2/11 edit: when I reached out for help I was hung up on twice after stating my issue. When I finally got someone willing to help me, I was told they only charged for one day despite bank statements and finalized charges being for way more. My friend will be going in because this is a lot of money that was wrongfully charged. Will update or delete review depending on how that goes

I brought my handicap grandmother in after speaking with a gentleman Friday. He said he would make an appointment for Monday but wouldnt have a time. Nothing was mentioned about a $50 deposit. We came in Monday no cars were available! After raising concerns all of a sudden they would have a car available this afternoon. AFTER bringing my handicapped grandmother in (which is difficult to get her out) we were told we need to schedule a time. Ironically the worker that told us this stepped out when this was going on. Now we have to come back Friday to get a car AND a $50 deposit for a rental car ig we will get it back. Why a $50 deposit that wouldn’t cover anything on a car? I had attempted to call back during the weekend and no one would answer the phone 🤷🏻♀️.
