    Not sure if it’s the staff or the process Enterprise has in place but every experience I’ve had with this place is EXTREMELY slow. Come in to pick up a car and sat there for over an hour waiting for a car to be ready. Just not a good look, I will completely avoid Enterprise going forward.

    The reserved car was unavailable, and the replacement options were not comparable. I ended up going to a different car rental company instead.

    Lakewood, Ohio Enterprise at Warren Road and I-90 was great place to rent: clean car, fast walk around with video to check for any dings before my rental, and friendly service.

    I went in-person to the store to rent an economy car for three days. They charged me $323.81 for a Mitsubishi Mirage. I thought that was an awful lot for a basic hot wheels car, so, out of curiosity, I went online to book the same car for the same time and the price came to $198.52. Yes, I also thought that was BS. If you're going to book with Enterprise, DO IT ONLINE. Otherwise they'll rob you.
