- WHWill Hollingsworth5 days ago1.0I came with my mom on Christmas Eve for a battery. We confirmed prior that the team could install a battery for us. After purchasing, we became increasingly concerned as the tech was pounding on the battery and struggling. This continued for 15min - 20min until he got a coworker to help him. The battery was finally installed and the car started. However a week and a half later my car was struggling to turn on to the point I almost was stranded on the road in Tennesse. I thought this was an issue with my car and was struggling to find a shop to service it. However - I took it to an autozone where the tech was appalled by the installation calling it a safety concern with how bad it was. He initally thought I started to undo the battery due to it not even being connected properly. Needless to say, I got saved because of his expertise due to negligence of the Lakewood, OH location. There should either be increased training or accountability for these services as I almost was stranded on the side of the road due to their service.

Jack did the install with some assistance from a hispanic gentleman that I believe was the manager, both were happy to help despite the cold and snow and I really appreciate that!
