  This is my go-to auto store even though it's out of the way for me. They've always been extremely helpful and honest but today I was blown away by the kindness and integrity of the employee who helped me, a young man named Jack. He tested the battery on our work van and it came up bad. I was set to buy a new one but he decided to check if the battery was still under warranty and it was - by two months. He saved a struggling non-profit about $220 dollars today and then he installed the new one with a level of care usually relegated for one's own personal vehicle. He spoke to me like a human, kind and professional, and in today's world that is a rarity.

  Bought a car battery under 2 year warranty - the battery died and left me stranded 3 times while under warranty. Manager would not honor warranty.

  I had a great experience working with Nalin at AutoZone. Nalin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, provided clear explanations, and made sure I got the right parts without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and positive attitude. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Nalin if you need assistance.

  Gavin and Jose helped me with my battery. It’s very very cold out, and my connectors where rusted. They were able to get my battery out and replace it. They had quite a few people who needed help/batteries and they stayed friendly, professional and upbeat. Would recommend this location for help with your car.

  0-2 at stopping at my NOT normal Auto Zone while being in another area and having time to kill. How does a worker walk right past a customer literally brushing shoulders with me and not even acknowledge me and say "Someone will be right with you, or hello let me finish this and ill assist you" is that truly to much to ask?
