  I had a great experience buying my truck, everything went smooth. I came with a pre approval. I love my Grand Jeep Cherokee always wanted one. Clean outside and inside. Sales team 10/10 now the mechanics is a different story. I started having minor issues ie: wouldn’t spray windshield wiper fluid and it was glass in my sunroof track like the sunroof was broken before which clogged the drain so the water didn’t drain out properly when it rained so it would drip in the inside. Called them and I was in immediately. Was put in a gas guzzler car as a loaner for 2 weeks. I pick my truck up and the Monitor wasn’t working this is where you control the heat. The music heated seats pretty much everything to this vehicle. Got put back in the same loaner. Remember I said they had my truck 2 weeks. They keep my truck an additional 2-3 days. When I finally get my truck back and they swear it’s finish not 1 thing was fixed. The mechanic zip tied the hose for the windshield wipe The car still leaks if you go through a car wash and the monitor looks like a big watermark. I would just recommend bringing your own mechanic and/or if you need service on your vehicle do not take it back to them. And on a sidenote, when I text them to let them know and even ask them why they had my car for two weeks because nothing was fixed. I got no response back as in a text message or phone call so the customer service for that was zero.

The entire staff is so friendly and really efficient with their process that you’re in and out in no time. That have a huge stock of cars to choose from and their prices can’t be beat.   This was the first time in dealing with Next Step Auto Sales. I was very surprised at how laid back they all were. No sales, or finance pressures at all. When I went to look at the truck I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Almost look like it came out of the showroom. They were very open with me and e en put it up on a car lift so I could look at it underneath. Very impressed with that. I was shocked that they let me take it for a test drive e without anyone going with me. I really appreciated that. I went back and took it for another extended ride. That night I bought the truck. It was just an all around good experience. Don’t be afraid to buy from here.
