As part of the service, they found a few things that I had them fix such as a dirty filter, major battery corrosion and tested to needing replaced, rear window wiper needed replaced. I felt very comfortable with them and their work and left feeling good about getting the oil change, including a new filter, a new battery, and washer fluid. I will definitely be back for future oil changes and other items. This Valvoline store was very quick and competent and friendly. They all waved to me when I pulled out of the bay to go home which I found endearing as no other place has done that for me. Made me feel very welcome.
