  Hours on Google wrong, door says 8:00am, that would have been fine if I wasn't also out at 8:15 while I watch someone walk across the street to get breakfast. Hours appear to be "whenever we feel like". Talked to a guy who said it was his first day in the parking lot. Nobody even decided to come in on-time for him?

  The guys were very helpful with my tire problem. Had a nail in the side of the tire. They called as soon as I found it and informed me that nail was too close to edge and tire would need to be replaced which is what I thought.

  I took my 10-year-old car to Tire Choice for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. While there, they tried to upsell me on other services, including a cabin air filter (LOL). Ultimately, they installed the wrong-sized battery in my car, which I only noticed upon returning home—the battery was far too small for the thermal sleeve/blanket, as shown in the pictures. The local manager was uncooperative and dismissive when I requested an explanation and a refund. Fortunately, the corporate office of Monro Inc. (NYSE: MNRO) finally issued a refund for the incorrect battery.

  Frustraing experience. I went in for an oil change and when I got in my car to leave all my lights were on-check engine, brakes, battery, you name it. They also tried to tell me I needed a battery on a hybrid from 2023 with a typical battery life of 6-10 years and that it would be $500.00. Turns out the lights were triggered by checking the air filing and not resetting the system. I am glad I listened to my gut and said no way about the battery when they called. I have been going here for at least a decade and my last two visits for different vehicles have resulted with me turning around and going back in for problems that I did not come in with. Saturday's visit was my last. This experience plus the previous made me lose my trust and feel taken advantage of.

  I'm new to the area and it is always nerve wrecking trying to find an autoshop that won't take you to the cleaners or offer you things you don't need. You all know what I am talking about. Using our naivety & vulnerability against us if we lack knowledge in the automotive department to up sell a product or tacking on "necessary "repairs" to the long list. I first had my tires repaired and changed, which they did an awesome job. So I used them again for another vehicle. I got my oil change and brakes done with them. Zack has always been pleasant to engage with. He knows the system well. And often helps work within my budget and offers options to defer costs (via the credit card system they use that has 6 months 0 interest for 6 months). I declined, but it was nice to know there are options if needed. Bob was also one that I enjoyed working with as well. He was very professional and upfront. The mechanic who often works on my car is very good at what he does. I really appreciated all of them. I know that if there is ever an issue, they do their best to work with the customers. It has been a wonderful thing to find an autoshop you can trust. And so far they have been great!
