  Britten and the team were very helpful & kind throughout the service. I went in for an oil change and learned that I had a severe oil leak. They patiently explained my questions and laid out clearly what needed to be done and why. The service was very quick. I’m very grateful to have met such a friendly team.

  Jeff and Zach---- sublime. Beyond what they could have done. Trust worthy, reliable, honest. They could have screwed me... but they were honest and hardworking. Greatly appreciate both of them!

  Outstanding service at Tire Choice in Kettering! Zach and Jeff were absolutely fantastic. I came in stressed because I was driving on a spare and had a rental scheduled later in the day. They immediately understood the urgency and took care of everything quickly and professionally. The entire job — mounting and balancing two tires — was completed in about 20 minutes. That level of efficiency and customer care is rare. They were respectful, honest, and incredibly helpful. This is how automotive service should be done. Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be back!

  I called these folks at noon on a Friday to see about having two tires mounted/balanced/installed that I ordered offline. Not only did they get me in that day, they did an exceptionally thorough job. The tech checked the torque and air on all 4 wheels, when only two were spec'ed for the job. Props for that, and for bringing out a legit torque wrench for the lugs. He gave me a fair price. And also, as I was backing out of my driveway. I drug some of the front air dam off of my car. These guys put the thing up on the lift and took the time to remove four plastic clips and take that section of air dam off without charging me any additional labor time to get this done. I even offered to make sure that his guys were being compensated for the time they spent on my vehicle. Above and beyond service. Great responsiveness to my needs. Will absolutely be recommending these guys in the future

  I have been there twice in the past couple months for a few things.. the manager, Jeff is verg knowledgeable, helpful, kind and honest. I will definitely be going back when I need more work done.
