- RWRyan Williams1 day ago1.0Good lord Ive brought alot of cars in for oil changes here & 0 issues until today…. The 4 of them together couldn’t get the caps off to check the fluids on my car. Then after messing with my car for a few minutes i finally tell them to stop & just change the oil & filter, which the employees start to argue over. Just to tell me they don’t even carry my cars oil. Go somewhere that ACTUALLY knows cars & what they are doing!

- VKVivian KloakApr 21, 20262.0I got my oil changed today at the Kent, Ohio branch and Matt was the tech who assisted me. It seemed like he was in a very big hurry to get me completely done so he could leave for the day. I had to ask him to see my oil level, had to ask if they would check my lights to see if they all work, I had to ask if they would check my tire pressure. He didn't even get that correct. My tire pressure is 36 PSI and he put in 34 PSI because he didn't check the sticker in my driver's door. I also had to ask him to reset my oil indicator light on my dashboard. He acted like I was acting like I said I wanted all of his teeth!!!!! What happened to the days when the customer was put first. As well as the customer is always right. I guess that does exist anymore. Very sad!!! Well you just lost a customer because if I'm spending $100.00 for a oil change I'm going to go where I don't have to prompt them to do their jobs!!!!!!!
