So I decided it was nice yesterday so I ventured all the way from Barberton to Kent about 25 min. I got in line and remembered I left my phone at the house. I was so mad. So I pressed the button to talk to an associate at Whistle. A young lady came out about 4 min later with blond hair I didn't catch her name. Well anyway I described my situation and mind you I came all the way from Barberton. I explained to her I forgot my phone at the house and I had my phone number for when I signed up for the 5.00 wash. She was very rude said there is nothing she can do. I told her i can bring back the coupon or even send it to her. She seem irritated that I bothered her and she opened the gate for me to leave. She was very rude and I don't even want to come back to try it for 5.00. I was so mad that she couldn't even have a little compassion she basically said oh well and that's it. Very bad customer service. She acted like I was trying to get a free wash I was willing to pay the 5.00 and everything. Not a good way to get customers to come not even from 25 min away.
