Will not be using enterprise ever again. No solution to my situation, only a half ass "sorry." They need to be up front about their damage waiver - the fact that if you want to cancel it before you are done with the rental they require you to physically go in. I only had this rental d/t my car being at the dealership...only supposed to be 2 days, turned into a week. I called enterprise multiple times to get the waiver removed as I CANNOT AFFORD 140$ for a car that's not mine. I don't have extra time to go to enterprise as I work 8-430 & have to get my kids from daycare before 6...which is when enterprise closes. They charged the whole 6 days though they said they'd at least give me 1 day back. Normally get the 50$ deposit back but they applied it to this waiver. Very shady. Not at all happy. Edit to respond to their response... I've already contacted you using the website. You guys were completely not helpful, just "I'm sorry" & "I understand" but nothing that actually helped. Waste of my time calling. You don't care about your customers.
