  After finally getting a new car (Volkswagen Jetta 2020) from Klaben Lincoln Ford across the street I ended up having to get a rental so that I could get the windshield replaced and the brakes done all for free.. I was told I was getting a rental car and they only had one left which was not particularly my favorite type of vehicle. It was a SUV.. I'm used to driving a car so right off the bat I was kind of skeptical... But it had a satellite radio and features. For an SUV fan I think that they would have appreciated some of its qualities. I did notice wear and tear but that's common with every rental I assume.. I've never rented a vehicle before this so I can only imagine. But yeah.. I expressed some of the issues after returning it, to McKenna and she was not only apologetic but she sounded as if she genuinely cared and felt my struggle. Lol The tires weren't the best on the vehicle but they weren't horrible.. well until all of a sudden we had a freak blizzard. I only had the vehicle for the second half of the first day and then brought back later in the afternoon the next.. but it didn't handle the best on back roads after all that snow dropped. I called and told them my fears while I still had the rental.. I also thought to myself that I should have opted for that extra insurance. Not used to driving such a heavy vehicle so stopping was definitely different and a little harder than my norm.. it was a transition but I feared that I was going to rear-end somebody so that's why I called... Garrett who had set me up with the rental was awesome and knowledgeable. He wished that he could have put me in a different vehicle and he did offer that as an option within the next day or so but I only had the rental for one day but at least he gave me peace of mind or at least some hope for the future 😂 The fix-it shop next door is where I had things done so they just told Enterprise to come over and pick me up.. literally lol.. "Enterprise.. will pick you up" I thought that that was just a metaphor or something in their commercials 😂 anyways they were both amazing and Garrett even called me again after he knew that I'd already talked to McKenna and he offered me an upgrade for the next time! so they did compensate me in certain areas and which was really cool with them to do! I'm going to need another rental car soon so I look forward to going back. It seemed more like a family environment. Everybody was nice and friendly. I saw a friend while I was there and she said that she is there regularly, also. She likes the staff And it's usually sitting there for a while.. it doesn't feel like you're sitting in an awkward waiting room is what I'm trying to say...I would recommend Enterprise, indefinitely. It was actually a fast process... He could do everything that was needed, right there from a handheld device including print a receipt in which I thought was sweet!! Also, I didn't know that I was going to have to pay a $50 deposit because the service center didn't tell me that but that wasn't Enterprise's fault.. when Garrett just called me to talk about the issues again, he let me know that he was going to process that 50 bucks to be returned to my card... And 10 minutes later I got 50 bucks. That was the fastest I've ever seen anything processed back onto a card!!! So don't worry when they say they're going to hold your money.. rest assured that it doesn't take the usual 7 to 10 business days. But yeah you guys are all Rockstars.. Your Beautiful and Very Much Appreciated!!! 🫶
