  I visited AutoZone today in Johnstown, Ohio and purchased front and rear wipers as well as Windshield Washer for my Acura MDX. One young man found the items I needed, checked me out and put one of the new wipers on my car for me, when a second young man came out and notified the First Gentleman that he was needed and he would take over for him. Both young men were outstanding. They both helped me tremendously and I could tell they both took pride in their jobs. The second young man had an outstanding personality. I complimented him and let him know I appreciated him. His smile was contagious. He made sure I knew that he loved his job, he loved helping people and he hoped I would come back if I ever need anything at all. He was so kind I want to return very soon just to buy something else so I can experience that smile once again. I don’t know where AutoZone found these two young men, but I do know that whoever hired them sure knew a good thing when they saw it and I also know that I was a very lucky lady to have them helping me out today! 😃

  If your battery dies, call ahead to make sure the have your size in stock, get a jump and head straight to AutoZone! Josh was professional and installed the new battery fast!

  I needed help replacing a head lite from the minute I entered the store customer service was amazing. Everyone was helpful and my new friend LUKE sold me my lite and was able to replace my lite for me with some advice from another gentleman. He even added my washer fluid for me. I couldn't have been more pleased with all the help I received from LUKE and the team members at Auto Zone. Thank u and please everyone support them I know I will. Sue1
