  Came in with an issue that was worse than I expected, Hector and other employees pointed me in the right direction Instead of taking my money and taking advantage of my Ignorance lol. Will be where I get any automotive work done moving forward.

  Hector and Ivan these two young men were very courteous very helpful in my time of distress this is a place where I do business on a regular basis and these two young men prove why it's worth me dealing with NTB the independence office

  Thanks to Hector for getting me in fast just like he said he would great customer service I had a blow out of a 22 inch tire I had clothes and shoes in my car from moving he said dont worry about anything just give him the keys! Thanks for getting me back rolling i had a wonderful experience! This is my new tire shop!

  The tech Mack was fast and friendly. I was quoted an hour and a half by Hector as a walk in. I pulled out my MacBook started to work and 15 mins later I was leaving. You don’t get service like that anymore. I would recommend you come check these guys out. I am glad I did.

  The team at NTB was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I called on a Saturday morning not expecting much, since weekends are usually one of the busiest times for auto shops. Instead of delays or uncertainty, they immediately told me to bring the car in as soon as possible and assured me they would do everything they could to have it completed by the end of the business day depending on the issue. What impressed me most was their communication and efficiency. As soon as they inspected my car, they called me right away with a clear diagnosis. I was fully prepared to hear that parts would need to be ordered and that repairs would take several days. To my surprise, they were able to source the necessary parts that same day, complete the repairs, and confidently let me know it would likely be ready by closing time. True to their word, I received a call at 4:15 PM letting me know the job was finished and my car was ready for pickup. In today’s world, it is rare to find a business that not only sets expectations clearly, but actually exceeds them. Beyond the incredible turnaround time, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They made what could have been a stressful car repair experience smooth, easy, and surprisingly positive. I am truly impressed by their speed, honesty, and customer service. If you need automotive service done right and done fast, I highly recommend NTB.
