  Came in right before close with a blown tire. They swapped my tire in less than 10 minutes, and I was back on the road. Super friendly staff too.

  Absolutely terrible experience at NBT. I went in to replace my two front tires and get an alignment. We agreed on the price beforehand. It was supposed to be a simple and straightforward job. While they were working on my car, they suddenly claimed that lug nuts were missing and that multiple wheel studs were broken. They even said one of the studs broke while they were removing the wheel. Instead of taking responsibility for damaging the studs during their work, they immediately blamed whoever worked on the car before them. That makes no sense. My car was driving perfectly fine before I came in. No shaking, no warning lights, no strange noises, no issues at all. I was driving it normally without any problems. Suddenly, the moment they start working on it, now there are “missing” lug nuts and broken studs? Very convenient. To make matters worse, the price they charged for the wheel studs was completely unreasonable. These parts typically cost no more than $7 each, yet they charged me $84 per stud. That kind of markup is excessive and unacceptable. On top of that, every employee I spoke with kept trying to upsell me services and parts I did NOT need. It felt like they were looking for excuses to add more charges and push unnecessary repairs instead of just doing the job we agreed on. It honestly felt like they were trying to stick me with extra costs. This is unprofessional and dishonest behavior. If something gets damaged while you’re working on a vehicle, you take responsibility. You don’t blame someone else and then overcharge the customer for it. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before bringing their vehicle here.

  I walked up minutes before closing, fully expecting to be told to come back the next day — instead, Hector took the time to help me right then and there. Not only was he kind and professional, but he also went out of his was and helped me understand the service so I didn’t spend unnecessary money. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and take pride in doing the right thing. I highly recommend!

  My experience was amazing. Hector took care of me from the second I walked in. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in right away. Hector was very informative and helpful. I will be coming back here!
