The guy at the service desk walked out to my trailer with me, checked everything out to make sure it was something they could work on, and gave me two prices for the two possible scenarios - repair or replacement. Then the guy who worked on the tire kept me informed, replaced the leaking valve stem and waived the service charge. Really honest, exceptional and QUICK service. I barely had time to argue with strangers on Facebook before the job was complete and I was ready to get back on the road. Thanks!!

Go in 30min early for my reso and was told I that it couldnt be done today and I was called 20min before I got there. The company called to cancel not even an hour before the reso? Is that how NTB handles it's business??? On top of that, i was getting charged more than what the quote was for the tires themselves??? Will not visit another NTB, don't care if they have a good deal or not. Honestly wondering why Mavis bought NTB... kinda thinking I know why now or at least part of it...
